Cynthia N. Oshiro has practiced in California for more than 20 years. She currently specializes in the areas of business litigation, real estate litigation, insurance litigation and legal malpractice. She is also maintains a Hawaii state bar license.

Prior to joining Willoughby, Stuart, Bening & Cook, Ms. Oshiro worked at the law firm of Clapp Moroney, where she primarily practiced personal injury defense. She also has extensive experience handling plaintiff’s matters in the areas of personal injury and employment. In addition, she formerly served as a legislative clerk for the Hawaii State Senate Consumer Protection Committee.

Ms. Oshiro moved to the Bay Area to attend law school and has since fallen in love with it. She is a wine lover and an avid reader of World War II history.
