Bruce D. MacLeod’s broad expertise encompasses general business litigation, professional malpractice claims, insurance coverage matters and construction-related claims. He has tried more than 20 cases in court, participated in numerous binding and non-binding arbitrations and attended approximately 1,000 depositions. Mr. MacLeod also has experience handling construction defect defense, contractor’s license bond, public entity and personal injury cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. MacLeod was with Farmers Insurance, where he defended Farmers’ insureds against major personal injury and property damage claims. Prior to that, he was an attorney at the firm Gassett, Perry & Frank.

Originally from Glendale, California, Mr. MacLeod today lives in San Jose with his wife and two children. They all are avid San Jose Sharks fans.
