Daniel J. Marsh handles business litigation matters with a focus on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, construction, corporate and partnership disputes, and professional liability matters.  Prior to joining Willoughby, Stuart, Bening & Cook, Mr. Marsh worked at the law firm of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP in San Francisco, where he primarily handled general liability and insurance coverage matters.

Mr. Marsh is passionate about international development and travel.  Before attending law school, Mr. Marsh served as an Environmental Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in Mali, West Africa.  During his service, Mr. Marsh became fluent in the local language, Bambara, and worked with the local men and women’s association to assess and address the needs of his the community through sustainability projects.

Mr. Marsh is a San Jose native and avid fan of all the Bay Area sports teams, particularly the San Francisco 49ers.  He enjoys golf, running, cooking, and Crossfit.
