Partner Ron Cook, along with Dean A. Pappas of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley, will present on the panel “Maximizing Recovery from Insurance Companies as Independent (Cumis) Counsel” to the Santa Clara County Bar Association (SCCBA) Insurance Section, on December 11, 2014 in San Jose, CA from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Mr. Cook will discuss essential cumis counsel issues, including how to tender the claim, conflicts of interest, who controls the defense and more.
